Proposed model · for discussion
70% creator / 30% Overgrace
A draft share of net product revenue: the amount collected for your product after agreed discounts, refunds, taxes and payment-processing fees. Delivery charges are excluded.
Example: if net product revenue is USD 10, the creator receives USD 7 and Overgrace receives USD 3.
This is a proposal, not a binding seller agreement. Payout timing, currency, minimum payouts, refunds, chargebacks, licensing and any other fees must be agreed in writing before listing. You retain ownership of your work; distribution permission will be defined in that agreement.
